At Elected United, we believe that true change starts at home. Born in a legacy of community vitality in Deeside, Jamaica, and now in Colorado since 11 February 2026. Our mission is to foster unity through active engagement and volunteerism. Whether it’s hosting local cookouts or improving school facilities, we are dedicated to building a brighter, more connected future for the neighborhoods that raised us. Get to Know Us
Elected United was born from a deep-seated commitment to the spirit of "Unity is Strength," a principle that guided our founders from their upbringing in Deeside, Jamaica, to their community leadership in Bridgeport, Connecticut. We are proud to announce that Elected United has registered another chapter in the beautiful state of Colorado, effective 11 February 2026, which will serve as a Caribbean Community cultural upliftment, as we celebrate the various arts, music, foods, and so much more that make us the best the world has ever seen. What began as a local effort to organize community cookouts and social gatherings has evolved into a robust non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting the underserved. Our mission is built on the belief that a community’s health is measured by how it cares for its most vulnerable members.
By focusing on vital areas such as educational support, disaster relief, and infrastructure improvements, we work tirelessly to create a sustainable support system that empowers individuals to reach their full potential, regardless of their geographic location.
2026 Activities
Welcome to Elected United Corporation, where our mission is to empower children by providing them with valuable sports and educational opportunities. We believe in bringing communities together through vibrant cultural events that celebrate our diverse heritage. Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting a lively Caribbean-style Family Fun Night in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on July 11, 2026, which was a fantastic way to engage families and celebrate our culture. Additionally, we organized a delightful Jamaican Emancipation Day Fish Fry in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on August 1 2026. This event was a wonderful gathering that showcased the spirit of the community. Just a day later, on August 2, 2026, our president, Horace Brown, had the honor of being the keynote speaker at the Jamaica Flag Raising ceremony in Bridgeport, Connecticut. This event was organized collaboratively with the president and vice president of the Jamaican Flag Raising Organization of Fairfield County, Sista Norma of WVOF 88.5 FM, Fairfield University Radio, and Lady Renie Love of 93.5 FM of One Love Radio in Connecticut. From the rural hills of Trelawny to the urban neighborhoods of Connecticut, Elected United serves as a bridge of hope and tangible resources. We take pride in our direct, hands-on approach—whether it is installing industrial fans in sweltering classrooms, delivering critical food supplies in the wake of devastating hurricanes, or providing scholarships to students who demonstrate both academic promise and financial need. Our work is fueled by the generosity of donors and the tireless energy of volunteers who believe that every child deserves a proper education and every family deserves a safety net.
At Elected United, we aren’t just providing temporary aid; we are building a legacy of compassion and resilience that will sustain our global community for generations to come.

Jodia Wint is a bright and ambitious 12-year-old who will be attending Muschett High School. She is a cheerful and determined young lady who enjoys expressing herself through singing and dancing in the comfort of her own space. She also loves reading and discovering new things.
Jodia dreams of becoming a successful entrepreneur and hopes to one day own and manage her own business. She is hardworking, creative, and always willing to learn. With her positive attitude and determination, she looks forward to making a meaningful impact and achieving her goals in the years ahead.

Hi, my name is Kaidon Bryan. I passed my Primary Exit Profile (PEP) examinations and earned a place at William Knibb Memorial High School, my first-choice school.
My hobbies include reading, playing and watching football, and spending quality time with my family. Football is one of my greatest passions, and my dream is to become a professional football player who competes internationally.
I am determined to work hard, remain focused, and do my best to achieve my goals.
